Well Saturday was my turn! I went with a group of friends to see Zootopia, a movie I knew little about. I had the experience of sitting in the front row (it never was on my bucket list so I can't check it off) and I'm grateful it was in one of those reclining chairs. Half of us sat together on the left side of the row, the rest on the right.
I began laughing during the previews. Then the film started and there were funny to hysterical moments that had me laugh and laugh and laugh! I've included a clip from the scene where I lost it. I had a good time at the movies but a better time laughing; I didn't know how much I missed it! Now I do laugh, but this kind of laughter, not so often. I tend to be more serious and this experience let me know I need pure laughter every day just like I brush my teeth.
After the film my friends down the row told me they knew it was me laughing and how it started the people behind them laughing too. A man, after hearing me laugh in the corridor, came over and told me how much he loved my laughter, how infectious it was and how it added to the movie! Then a woman chimed in saying the same thing! In another lifetime I would have been mortified to have called such attention to myself, actually I would have been told to quiet down by the grownups around me.
Oh well.
Here's for your laughing pleasure! Please pass it on!
