HypnoBirthing (R)

HypnoBirthing® moms experience an easier, more comfortable birthing. Go to www.hypnobirthing.com to read their birth stories. Taught in a series of 4 evening classes you will learn relaxation and self-hypnosis techniques to increase your confidence, calm, and comfort. Pre-registration and $80 non-refundable deposit required.

Hypnosis Sessions

Hypnosis is a naturally occurring state of increased focused concentration that people experience almost everyday. You are totally awake, aware, and in control. You hear everything that is said to you and remember as much as you like.
